Instructions for Downloading The Lean Nation Podcasts to your iPod
These instructions are to download a podcast from http://790business.com to a folder on your computer; then transfer from folder into iTunes Library; then transfer to iPod.

Step-by-step:
1) Go to AM-790 home page http://www.790business.com/
2) Mouse-over "Podcasting" and select "The Lean Nation" from dropdown menu
3) Find the episode of interest, and RIGHT-click "Download this show"
4) Choose "Save Target As"
5) Surf to a folder of your choice on your PC
6) Provide a new name; something like "LeanNationMMDDYY.mp3" - be consistent
7) Hit "Save". It may take several minutes to download
8) Open iTunes
9) Choose File -> Add File to Library
10) Surf back to PC folder containing the "LeanNationMMDDYY.mp3" file
11) Select file & hit "Open"
12) File should appear in iTunes Library under Music (not under Podcasts)
13) Connect iPod
14) Click on file to select, then drag & drop to iPod
15) Podcasts appear as Music on iPod with unknown artist, unknown album
16) Locate podcasts amongst your music by sorting on title "LeanNationMMDDYY.mp3"
